2. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion by:

Option 1: Through the App

Use the “Delete Account / Request Data Deletion” form inside the App.

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to: [email protected]

Include:

  • Registered email address
  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Clear request for deletion

3. Verification

For security, we may verify your identity before processing your request.

4. Processing Time

All valid requests will be processed within:

7 working days

from the date of confirmation.

5. Data That Will Be Deleted

We will permanently delete:

  • Account profile
  • Login credentials
  • Usage history
  • Preferences
  • Stored personal data

6. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited data if required by:

  • Law enforcement
  • Tax regulations
  • Legal disputes

Such data will be securely stored and restricted.

7. Confirmation

Once deletion is completed, you will receive confirmation via email.

After deletion, recovery is not possible.
